Puerto Rico Institute of Robotics Technology Challenge - (PRIOR)
November 14th & 15th, 2008
On November 14th & 15th, Cupeyville School will have three teams (one from Elementary School, one from Middle School and one from High School) competing in the 2008 Puerto Rico Institute of Robotics (PRIOR) Technology Challenge, which will be held in Carolina.
The Elementary School Team members are Diego Ruiz, José Rodríguez, Jan Manuel Irizarry, and Luis G. Torres Villeta. Diego’s father, Eric Ruiz, is helping as a mentor for the team.
The Middle School Team is composed of Bryan Eiroa (7th grade), Javier Brunet (8th grade), Diego Huyke (8th grade), and Connor Cassidy (8th grade). Javier’s mother, Leticia Vallejo, has volunteered as a mentor for this team.
The High School Team is composed of Caterina Colón, Xavier Iglesias, José Zamora, and Guido Lombardo, all from 10th grade. The mentors for this team are Malthus Yau (12th grader) and Mr. Elkner.
